Privacy policy

Sixteen Bridges keeps your account and the bubbles you save. No ads, no analytics, and we never sell your data or share it with anyone you didn't choose. Bubbles are stored as plain text, so treat them like any note you keep online.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and how you sign in (a password, which is stored only as a hash, a link we email you, or Google or GitHub, which also share your name and profile picture).
- Your bubbles: each one's title, text, where it came from (for example "Claude" and a label) and when it was saved or changed. Bubbles are stored as plain text, not end-to-end encrypted.
- The AI apps you connect: each app's name and when you allowed it.
- What you share: for you and for the other person, a record of each share: their email (as it was then), the bubbles' titles and sizes, when, and which app did it if one did. Each try to share is also noted, for the daily limit, and deleted after 2 days.
- Request logs: for each request to our servers, the time, what was asked for, the result, your account id and the app's id, plus your IP address and browser or app details. Never the text of a bubble, and never sign-in tokens. Our host keeps these for a few days.
AI apps you connect
When you click Allow, that app (ChatGPT, Claude, the sixteenbridges command line, and others) can list, read, search, save, change, delete and share your bubbles, and it sees your email address. What it does with them is covered by that app's own privacy policy. You can disconnect any app on your account page, and its access ends within a minute.
Sharing
When you share bubbles with someone, they get their own copies in their Sixteen Bridges account, and see your email address. A copy is theirs: deleting yours, or your account, doesn't remove it. Only accounts with a confirmed email can receive one. We email them that you shared, with your email address and how many bubbles, never their titles or content; then no more until they've opened them.
Deleting
- A deleted bubble stays in your trash for 7 days so you can restore it, then it is deleted for good.
- To delete your account and all its bubbles, email hello@sixteenbridges.com from your account's address. We delete it within 30 days.
Who handles your data for us
- Supabase: the database and sign-in.
- Resend: sending our emails (sign-in links, and telling you when someone shares bubbles with you).
- Cloudflare: hosting, the request logs above, and forwarding email you send us.
- Google: our email inbox, and sign-in if you use Google.
- GitHub, only if you sign in with it.
What we don't do
- No ads, analytics or tracking. The only cookies keep you signed in.
- No selling your data, and no sharing it beyond what you share yourself.
- No training AI models on your bubbles.
Children
Sixteen Bridges is not meant for children under 13.

LLM Context Bridge has its own privacy policy.
