Paste a summary
In the ChatGPT conversation, ask:
Summarize this conversation so another assistant can pick it up: the goal, what we decided, the open questions, and any text or code we settled on. Put it all in one block I can copy.- Copy the summary ChatGPT writes.
- Open a new chat in Claude, paste it, and ask your next question.

- Install LLM Context Bridge.
- Open the conversation on chatgpt.com.
- Click the panel in the bottom-right corner of the page, then pick Claude.
- A new tab opens with your conversation pasted in and sent.
It works between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok, in any direction. It carries the text only: images, files and attachments stay behind. On Gemini it pastes through your clipboard, replacing whatever you had copied.

Moving every chat
To move your whole history rather than one conversation: export it from ChatGPT (Settings → Data controls → Export data).
